Powder Coating
Powder coating is a systematic process which commonly applied with an electrostatic spray gun to spray the mixture of
colored pigment powder on the aluminum profile.

PVDF Painting / Liquid Painting
PVDF painted finish is very suitable for application in areas that exposed to external weather.
It can assure the aluminum frameworks retain their color and gloss after a long time exposure. It has become a popular finishing choice for architectures.
Two type can be chosen:
● Two layer: Primer +Top coat
● Three layer: Primer +Top coat+ Clear
Process:
A.Pre-treatment
(Removal of dust, grease, or any other foreign particles)
B.PVDF (total thickness about 40-60um)
Imported the system from Japan, the longest length we can do is 13 meter.
● First layer - Primer, to strengthen the adhesion of Top coat
● Second layer-Top Coat, this part is the most important part of PVDF painting, through this Top coat, we will use 8 spray guns to make the color. This layer can present any color you want, and can protect the profile surface from the environment atmosphere, acid rain, pollution erosion, prevent UV penetration.
It owns the thickest film of the 3 different layer , about 23-30 um.
● Third layer-Clear: to make the powder coating surface more lasting.
C.Heating treatment: the temperature is about 180~250℃,time:15-25 mins.
